It all began in the Jiro Bar kitchen....in San Juan, PR
For 4 years Jiro Bar has provided excellent food and service in San Juan, Puerto Rico, specializing in late night Fast Food.
This was the origin of the CATERQUIK concept and the focus on feeding night owls who can't get food late at night and the early hours of the morning when most restaurants are closed.
